EXECUTIVE TEAM

		SC Kaushal (Chief Technology Officer) : SC Kaushal is the former Director of the Gas Turbine Research Establishment, Defence Research & Development Organization (DRDO).He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Aeronautics from the University of Punjab. He had two years graduate training with M/s. Rolls Royce Ltd- UK with a secondment of 6 months at Frank Whittle Turbo machinery Laboratory, Cambridge University- UK. As Director-GTRE, he was instrumental in successful completion of exploratory altitude test of KAVERI engine at CIAM Russia and evolved a road map for flight trials of KAVERI engine with the Light Combat Aircraft. After an illustrious career spanning more than 3 decades in Defence R&D in the area of aircraft gas turbine engines, he has been currently providing technical assistance to GTRE as Emeritus Scientist.

		Rajeev Gopalakrishnan (Chief Executive Officer) : Rajeev Gopalakrishnan founded MAXSOFT in 1996. He is a genuine entrepreneur having an experience of over 15 years in the Techno-Commercial field. He graduated in Electrical Engineering discipline from NSS College of Engineering (University of Calicut) and worked in various companies before incepting MAXSOFT. He is directly involved in the business development & strategic planning.

		Eapen Kuruvilla (Manager- Corporate) : Eapen Kuruvilla has an overall experience of 25 years in private sector and held responsibilities of Office Administration, Finance, Credit Control and Materials Management. He has a Post-Graduate degree in Arts and MBA from IGNOU, Delhi. He handles the administration and financial management of the company.

		S. Soundranayagam, Professor (Rtd) Indian Institute of Science: Prof. Soundranayagam holds B.Sc (Eng) and PhD degrees from the University of London. He has worked at the Mechanical Engineering Laboratories of English Electric and taught at the Universities of Hong Kong and Edinburg. He is a professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Science. Main area of interest is aerodynamics of turbo machinery and Industrial fluid-mechanics. His recent work has been in the areas of design of high speed centrifugal compressors, micro gas turbines and industrial steam turbines, hydraulic pumps and turbine and torpedo thrusters.
